The Compose serving dishes were developed by Glasart to enable various compositions and the creation of different patterns, always taking advantage of space and maintaining food temperature.
With different shapes and exclusive design, they enrich the dishe’s presentation.
They are made of cast aluminum, an excellent thermal conductor and have an internal non-stick coating, which optimizes the use of temperatures in the hot and cold lanes.

Pre-Operation: the Compose Collection serving dishes must be used for placing food according to the selected menu and positioned on the hot or cold lanes, according to the layout and strategies defined by the customer.
Operation: the buffet operation staff needs to arrange food on the serving dishes and replace it when needed.
Post-Operation: the serving dishes cleaning can be carried out simply and quickly, using soap and water. They must be carefully stored not to damage the external paintwork.
