With a design created especially for the buffet’s side service protection, the Gamma sneeze guard also uses laser cutting technology and a composition of materials such as stainless steel, acrylic and glass that provide beauty and sophistication to the product.
It allows perfect protection in both buffet services and both hot dishes with the use of infrared lamp and cold dishes with LED lighting and meet safety standards.
1 model and standard lengths
Gamma Sneeze Guards are supplied only in the side-use model, with a depth of coverage of 560mm. They can be supplied with LED lighting, usually for cold lanes, or with an infrared lamp to help heat up food.
They have 7 standard sizes but can be custom developed for special cases.

Protection
The Gamma sneeze guard’s slanted glass ensures greater food protection and hygiene.
Constructive model
We use high quality materials, such as tempered glass and stainless steel for greater resistance and acrylic bases and stainless steel are used.

They are used over cold shelves, hot shelves or neutral countertops. They are ideal for assisted services or side buffets.
