The Refrigerated Porcelain Buffet has several standard sizes. One of them is 590,5×354,3×33,4”, which gives the customer the possibility to choose between central and side use, depending on how it will contribute the most to their operation.

COLD SHELF
Refrigerated shelves are the best solution for cold dishes, salads, desserts and beverages maintenance and presentation and the best option for functionality of your buffet, besides being beautiful.
CONSTRUCTIVE MODEL
The Porcelain Buffet structure is made partly in carbon steel and partly in MDF. The finishes are in coated MDF for resistance to humidity and the tops are made in porcelain tiles as well as details.
PRACTICALITY
Tailor-made for Glasart’s equipment, Glasart Refrigerated Buffets make it easy to operate and you don’t have to worry about masonry work. You just have to position the buffet where better suits you and connect it to power. Your buffet is ready to operate!
FINISHING
With the Porcelain Refrigerated Buffet you have an infinite number of finishing combinations, you can choose the MDF coating and have the option of doors and shelves.
The best way to use the Refrigerated Porcelain Buffet
Pre-Operation: every establishment has its own way of starting the operation and that is why Glasart Porcelain Buffet adapts to your needs. You need to turn it on about 30 minutes before the start of the operation for the ice layers to form, but before that you can already expose the dishes.
Operation: no worries, after you set the temperature on the cold shelf, the refrigeration system will keep your buffet cold and at optimum performance. The layer of ice will be maintained until the end of the operation and whenever you need a new regulation to lower or raise the temperature, you will have this facility in the digital controller.
Post-Operation: it is easy to clean and dry. At the end of the service, simply remove the water excess with a clean cloth.
