The Migali C-SM-36-LP Liquid Propane Salamander Broiler is designed for precision, durability, and performance in professional kitchens. With 43,000 total BTUs delivered by two high-efficiency ceramic infrared burners, this broiler quickly melts cheese, browns toppings, toasts sandwiches, and finishes meats with ease.
Built with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, it ensures long-lasting durability. Dual valve controls allow independent left and right burner operation, giving chefs flexibility to manage heat zones.
The standby pilots ensure quick startup, with the broiler ready to cook in just one minute. The chrome-plated broiler rack offers 4 adjustable positions for different dishes, while the full-width removable drip pan simplifies cleaning at the end of the day.
Powered by liquid propane, this broiler is compact, powerful, and efficient—ideal for restaurants, hotels, and catering operations needing consistent finishing results.
