Despite being a three-shelf unit, this Tita FWD3S12P Steam Line food warming display case measures 25⁵⁄₈ inches wide by 20⁷⁄₈ inches deep—the same dimensions as a two-shelf unit. This space-saving design measures 28³⁄₈ inches tall, suiting point-of-sale areas in kiosks, supermarkets, delis, restaurants, or gas stations. To grab customer attention, tempered glass encases the front and sides for a full view of displayed items, while top-mounted LED lights brighten the interior. For lasting durability, its sturdy anodized aluminum frame and stainless steel base resist corrosion, and its bottom-mounted residue drawer is simple to remove and clean.

All three shelves in the Tita FWD3S12P table top hot food display are nickel plated and adjustable for effective merchandising. Four stainless steel pans are included with each shelf to keep prepared foods organized. This full-service configuration features a rear tempered glass hinged door that opens and closes smoothly so operators can load fresh foods onto the shelves and retrieve customers’ purchases. A stainless steel tubular heater warms each shelf, and operators can adjust temperatures as high as 248 degrees Fahrenheit to suit changing heating requirements. To prevent foods from drying out during extended periods of holding, its internal humidifying system generates ample moisture to preserve flavor and texture.
