To maximize holding capacity, the Tita FWDS2-43-8P food warmer display case is divided into two shelves, both with four 10-inch-wide by 12-inch-deep by 3⁄4-inch-high stainless steel trays. These trays accommodate a wide range of prepared foods while keeping product organized to improve presentation. A stainless steel tubular heating element warms both shelves and holds product at safe serving temperatures. As inventory changes, users can adjust the temperature to a maximum of 248 degrees Fahrenheit.
For countertop placement, this Tita FWDS2-43-8P table top hot food display measures 435⁄16 inches wide by 173⁄4 inches deep by 193⁄4 inches high. Its anodized aluminum and stainless steel construction resists corrosion to preserve its original appearance throughout heavy-duty use, and these metals are simple to wipe clean. Encased in tempered glass, this display features a straight front panel for a sleek, modern look, and because it’s free of corner posts, customers have full visibility of illuminated dishes. So customers don’t have to retrieve their own purchases, two sliding glass doors grant employees access to displayed products.
