Operators can keep pizzas and other quick-service foods hot without drying them out in the Tita PD3TS18 pizza display case. Three extra-large anodized aluminum trays are kept at food-safe temperatures by the tubular, 304 series stainless steel heating element, and the built-in humidifying system preserves the fresh texture of ready-made foods. To ensure the best view for the customer, this unit has bright LED lighting and tempered glass sides, while the swing door enables fast service from the rear. At the top of the case, a full-color 3D display image advertises the product even from a distance.
When spills or drips occur, users can wipe down the anodized aluminum interior and stainless steel base. Ideal for concession stands, convenience stores, pizzerias, and other quick-service restaurants, the Tita PD3TS18 rotating heated pizza merchandiser is small enough to fit on a countertop but large enough to heat three 18-inch pizzas. Heat-safe wiring inside the case is coated with protective silicone, ensuring safe operation at temperatures of 572 degrees Fahrenheit.
