Fit Collection Serving Dishes

The Fit Collection serving dishes were developed by Glasart to allow its full use, both in terms of space and in terms of maintaining food temperature.
With its light design and its lower height, it provides a greater exposure of food. Excellent for oriental cuisine.
They are practical and value your buffet.
They are made of cast aluminum, an excellent thermal conductor and are internally coated with non-stick paint, which optimizes the use of temperatures in hot and cold lanes.
Available in 4 sizes
The Fit Collection has a differentiated design and little lateral height for use in double lanes and for better visualization of food. They are very popular for use with cold foods, such as sushi and other oriental dishes. They also meet the needs of a differentiated presentation of snacks and small portions in cold or hot lanes.

The finishing is done in two steps, non-toxic paint on the outside and non-stick coating on the inside for greater hygiene and practicality.

They were developed for the best use and optimization of the hot and cold lane’s surfaces. They have 4 size options for any buffet.

Pre-Operation:Â the Fit serving dishes must be used for placing food according to the selected menu and positioned on the hot or cold lanes, according to the layout and strategies defined by the customer.
Operation:Â the buffet operation staff needs to arrange food on the serving dishes and replace it when needed.
Post-Operation:Â The Fit Collection serving dishes cleaning can be carried out simply and quickly, using soap and water. They must be carefully stored so as not to damage the external paintwork.
