This full-service Tita FWD2S8P Steam Line food warmer display case features tempered glass front and sides and an LED-lighted interior so customers have a full view of products, while the rear hinged tempered glass door lets employees retrieve customers’ purchases. Designed for countertop applications in supermarkets, convenience stores, recreational centers, and restaurants, this unit measures 25⁵⁄₈ inches wide by 20⁷⁄₈ inches deep by 21⁷⁄₈ inches high. Its anodized aluminum frame and stainless steel base provide lasting corrosion resistance and complements most decorative themes. To simplify cleaning, its base-mounted residue drawer can be removed.

The Tita FWD2S8P food display case countertop unit features two adjustable nickel-plated shelves, both with four 5-inch-wide by 12³⁄₈-inch-deep by ³⁄₄-inch-high stainless steel trays that organize hot, prepared foods. To ensure foods are held at safe serving temperatures, a stainless steel heating element warms the shelves, and operators can adjust temperatures up to 248 degrees Fahrenheit. Because foods can dry out during hours of holding, this unit uses an internal humidifying system to produce the moisture required to preserve flavor and texture.
