A stainless steel tubular heating element warms the three display shelves, and operators can adjust temperatures to a maximum of 248 degrees Fahrenheit. These nickel-plated shelves can be raised and lowered to accommodate various display requirements, and they include three stainless steel pans that support and organize a wide range of hot, prepared foods.
