Migali Fryers, 75 lb Liquid Propane Fryer – 150,000 BTU
The Migali® C-F75-NG commercial natural gas fryer is great for frying your customer’s favorite apps and entrees. This model is designed with a 75 lb capacity oil tank and includes (2) wire mess chrome baskets. Migali® uses the highest quality components, incorporating a Robert Shaw® brand thermostat for maintaining desired cooking temperatures of of up to 400°F /170,000 BTUs. Finally, the C-F75-NG is also eye catching, boasting a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, chrome accents and stainless steel adjustable legs.Product Details

- (5) 30,000-BTU tube burners in the frypot
- Cold zone holds sediment under the burners and extremely hot oil, preventing it from burning and altering oil quality
- Frypot’s stainless steel construction is durable and corrosion resistant
- Temperature range: 200-400 degrees F
- Robertshaw® electromechanical thermostat
- 450-degree F temperature limit
- 2 chrome-plated wire mesh baskets
- Blue plastic-coated basket handles reduce heat transfer
- Full-port drain valve
- Built-in flue deflector for directing heat and fumes to the hood
- Corrosion-resistant stainless steel cabinet increases durability
- 4 casters
