Description
The eight manually ignited burners on the Migali C-RO8-LP Competitor Series® gas range operate at 23,000 BTU each and are housed with cast iron grates that are removable for cleaning underneath. Made of stainless steel, the exterior, gas tubing, and burners are durable enough to withstand commercial use. Its front-located chrome knobs let users control the temperature, and if the unit gets too hot, the high-limit switch will shut it off to prevent element burnout. Ideal for a busy kitchen, this Migali C-RO8-LP eight burner range has two ovens so multiple foods can be cooked at once. Each oven has one shelf, and they are adjustable to accommodate various food needs. The steel oven cavity is durable, and with a porcelain-enameled finish, it resists corrosion and food buildup, easing the cleaning process.
